1. Scope & Introduction
Aniz Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), creator and operator of the Sarvis application and its cloud synchronization services, is dedicated to safeguarding the privacy, confidentiality, and integrity of the business records, customer details, and operational data processed by our workshop management application.
This Privacy Policy governs the collection, storage, synchronization, processing, and deletion of information when workshop owners, technicians, and staff access or utilize the Sarvis mobile application, cloud backup services, and associated web tools.
2. Categories of Information We Process
- Workshop Profile: Workshop name, tagline, address, primary phone number, support email, logo, and industry type.
- Service Job Cards: Equipment/vehicle name, brand, model, registration number, chassis/IMEI, odometer reading, reported issues, technician notes, intake condition remarks, and inspection damage photos.
- Customer Directory: Customer name, phone number, email address, city/location, repair history, and ledger balances.
- Billing & Payments: Spare parts billing, labor charges, discounts, taxes, advance payments, payment methods (Cash, UPI/GPay, Card), balance dues, and receipts.
- Authentication Data: User email and secure authentication identifiers (via Google OAuth 2.0 or registered email).
3. Purpose & Legal Basis for Processing
- Providing digital job sheets, estimates, delivery receipts, and invoices.
- Real-time multi-device cloud synchronization across smartphones, tablets, and computers.
- Facilitating 1-tap customer WhatsApp communication at your explicit instruction.
- Securing account logins, session keys, and preventing unauthorized access.
4. Zero Data Monetization
- We do NOT sell, rent, trade, or distribute your workshop customer lists, phone directories, or financial turnover to any third-party brokers or advertisers.
- We do NOT display third-party advertisements or tracking cookies within Sarvis.
- Your customer database and repair histories remain your private, proprietary business assets.
5. Data Security & Storage
- Hardware-Level Encryption: Authentication tokens are stored in hardware-backed Keystore / Keychain (AES-256-GCM).
- Transport Encryption: All cloud communication uses TLS 1.3 encryption.
- Database Isolation: PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) ensures complete data isolation between different workshops.
6. Sub-Processors
Sarvis utilizes enterprise-tier cloud infrastructure providers:
- Supabase Inc.: Secure cloud database hosting and identity authentication.
- Expo / EAS (650 Industries): Application update delivery network for Over-The-Air updates.
- Google Identity Services: Secure OAuth 2.0 authentication service.
7. Data Retention & Right to Erasure
You have complete self-service sovereignty over your workshop data in Account Settings:
- Factory Reset Workshop Data: Immediately wipes all Job Cards, Customer records, and Payment histories from both your device and cloud servers.
- Permanent Account Deletion (Right to be Forgotten): Irrevocably purges your workshop account, profile, historical records, and credentials from the database.
