1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility
By downloading, installing, registering, or operating Sarvis, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Aniz Studio. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and hold the legal authority to bind yourself or your workshop business to these Terms.
2. Commercial Software License & Permitted Use
Aniz Studio grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to utilize Sarvis for commercial management of service operations (garages, auto repair, mobile/laptop repair, consumer electronics, home appliances, and general workshops).
Restrictions: You shall not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sub-license, scrape, or distribute unauthorized derivative versions of Sarvis.
3. Account Ownership & Security
- Your workshop profile is tied to your authenticated login identity (Google sign-in or verified email).
- You are responsible for maintaining the physical security of devices accessing your account.
4. Billing, Invoicing & Tax Compliance
- The workshop owner maintains 100% autonomy over setting spare parts prices, labor charges, discounts, taxes, and advance deposits.
- Sarvis acts solely as a digital calculation and record-keeping tool. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and remitting all statutory commercial taxes (such as GST or VAT) to relevant government authorities.
5. Customer Communications & WhatsApp Policy
- You warrant that you have obtained consent from your customers prior to sending digital receipts or status notifications to their phone numbers via WhatsApp.
- You agree not to use the application's communication shortcuts for unsolicited promotional spam.
6. Intake Inspection & Workshop Liability
- Sarvis provides tools to log initial device condition, odometer readings, and inspection damage photos during job intake.
- Aniz Studio does not mediate disputes between workshop owners and equipment owners regarding pre-existing damages, repair quality, or warranty terms.
7. Proprietary Rights & Intellectual Property
- Your Data: You retain exclusive ownership of all customer records, job logs, and financial transactions entered into your account.
- Software Property: All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Sarvis software, source code, UI design systems, branding, and assets remain the exclusive intellectual property of Aniz Studio.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
- Sarvis is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aniz Studio and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost workshop profits or business interruption).
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
